📍 Location: Campbelltown, NSW
💰 Pay Rate: $53+ per hour
⏰ Shifts: Monday – Friday | Early morning starts
⏳ Minimum Paid Hours Per Shift: 7.6 hours

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SideArm or Rear Loader trucks to collect residential waste efficiently and safely.
• Follow designated collection routes, ensuring timely kerbside waste collection.
• Work alongside offsiders/runners, assisting with bin collection where required.
• Adhere to strict safety procedures, including PPE use and hazard reporting.
• Communicate with operations regarding route changes, additional pickups, or maintenance issues.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
✅ Valid HR Truck Licence
✅ 6–12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
✅ Reliable transport to get to and from the depot for early starts
✅ Physical fitness – ability to climb in/out of trucks and assist with lifting 25–30 kg when required
✅ Strong teamwork and communication skills
✅ Commitment to safety and compliance with waste management regulations
✅ Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
✅ Pass a police check
✅ Ability to provide an RMS printout (driving history report)

Please note: For the first two weeks, you will be paid as a Driver in training while completing your compliance training.
